Get your greens and your grains in this creamy Spinach Orzo.
                
            Ingredients
1 cup uncooked orzo pasta
2 tablespoon butter
2 cloves garlic, minced
2 cups fresh baby spinach leaves, chopped
1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1/2 cup heavy cream
salt and pepper to taste
Directions
- 
                                                Cook the orzo pasta according to the package instructions. Once it's done, drain the orzo and set it aside.

                                                Melt the butter in a medium saucepan over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and cook for about 30 seconds.
 - 
                                                Add the chopped spinach leaves to the saucepan and cook them until they are wilted.
 - 
                                                Add the cooked orzo, Parmesan cheese, and cream to the saucepan. Stir until everything is well combined and the cheese is melted.

                                                Season with salt and pepper to taste.

                                                Serve hot and enjoy!
