Ingredients
2 pounds Wild King Salmon, 1” thick fillets
1/8 teaspoon sea salt
1/2 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
1/4 teaspoon onion powder
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1 teaspoon honey
4 teaspoon olive oil
Directions

Wash salmon with cold water and pat dry.

Coat fillets with 2 tsp. olive oil, honey, cinnamon, and seasonings. Use a spatula to apply evenly across all sides.

Add olive oil to skillet, heat to medium-high. Place two fillets skin-side down. Repeat for second batch.

Sear fillet(s) on both sides, about 4 minutes per side.
