Create a sweet and savory grilled cheese with leftover turkey and tart cranberry sauce!
                
            Ingredients
4 slices of bread
4 slices of leftover turkey
4 slices of cheese (cheddar or Swiss)
2 tablespoons cranberry sauce
2 tablespoons butter, softened
Directions
- 
                                                Preheat a skillet over medium heat.
 - 
                                                Butter one side of each slice of bread.
 - 
                                                Spread a layer of cranberry sauce on the other side of two slices of bread.
 - 
                                                Place 2 to 3 slices of leftover turkey along with a slice of cheese on top of the cranberry sauce.
 - 
                                                Top each sandwich with the remaining slices of bread, buttered-side up.
 - 
                                                Place the sandwiches in the skillet and cook until the bread is golden brown and the cheese is melted. This should take about 2 to 3 minutes per side.
 - 
                                                Remove the sandwiches from the skillet and let them rest for a minute.
 - 
                                                Cut the grilled cheese sandwich in half and serve hot.
